What shirts do you print on?
All Driven designs are printed on 100% combed ring spun cotton t-shirts making them soft and supper comfortable.

How do I know what size shirt to order?
Each product page has a sizing chart image. Refer to these charts and any special instructions given per product. Our shirts and track jackets do tend to fit about 1/2 size smaller than your typical tee so, if in doubt, order one size up.

Can I be notified when you release a new design or restock a current design?
Definitely. Join the Driven Newsletter list, follow us on twitter and facebook, or keep tabs on our blog. We post updates about our products as well as occasional sales and specials.

How long does it take for shirts to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US takes 2-10 business days. International orders can take 1-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.

What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class, Parcel Post, or Priority Mail. All include delivery confirmation. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International or International Priority Mail.

How much does shipping cost?
We keep it simple. Standard shipping to the US is now FREE no matter the size of the order. For international we now have $10 Flat Rate on all orders. *Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world.

Is your store secure?
We use PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments, all through PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

What is your return policy?
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In general, unworn items can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us before shipping and be sure to include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. A 15% restock charge may apply.
If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. If you have further questions please contact us.
